BNP Deneb offers a number of services and customised solutions to our clients to meet their differing needs; Including consulting, product training and technical support to develop specialized simulations for various transport systems, 3rd party logistics and cargo handling and warehousing solutions with the discrete simulation system Quest and its extension BHSS.
Simulation and Modelling Consultancy
BNP Deneb is primarily focused on providing consultancy services; and as the developers of the simulation software we are very well positioned to provide either once-off simulation studies where the cost of setting up in-house modelling capabilities is not practical, or we can support a client wishing to attain a modelling capacity in a long term investment strategy with model development and training. Alternatively, our consulting staff have successfully conducted simulation studies tailored to meet the needs of 3rd party contractors bidding for tender, or providing the requirements of a successfully bid tender.
As part of any simulation project consultancy, the client can expect the following deliverables;
- Detailed proposal outlining our company, key staff, scope of work to be done, deliverables and cost.
- A simulation functional design specification report, detailing the parameters and assumptions used to develop the simulation model. This may require extensive liaison with the client and stakeholders.
- A detailed simulation report containing key metrics (directed by client requirements).
- A series of animations of the simulations.
- On-site presentation of results.
Our professional staff have extensive experience in delivering both small and large scale projects on time and within budget, for a wide variety of clients.
Product Training
BNP Deneb offers specialised training to assist our clients attain an effective in-house modelling capability using our class leading BHSS software. Training can be provided on-site or in our Melbourne based office and duration is usually 2-3 days, depending on the requirements of the client.
Training may be customised to suit the clients needs and may include the initial development stages of the clients own BHS, or using a previously model to develop and run a variety of simulation scenarios.
Technical Support
BNP Deneb provide technical support to our clients which may include;
- User support
- Periodic software updates for latest enhancements
- User requested enhancements
Users of our software products can be confident that we will give priority to Support, and issues will generally be resolved within 48 hours. Technical support can be provided via telephone, fax or email.
